Ingredients:
5ml Silent Pool Gin
15ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
50ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Bergamot Juice
20ml Jasmine Syrup
Dash of Soda Water
Garnish:
Edible Violas
Freeze-dried raspberry Powder
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the Silent Pool Gin, Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, Pineapple Juice, Bergamot Juice, and Jasmine Syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with a dash of soda water for a bit of fizz.
