A MAGICAL FAIRY TALE INSPIRED RECEPTION SIT DOWN DINNER FOR A HIGH–PROFILE CHARITY CELEBRATION.
Guests were welcomed to an enchanted Guildhall with touches of our favourite fairy tales throughout. Pushing the boundaries of this theme, we created “meat fruit” disguised as apples suspended in the air and hanging from trees
THE MAGIC
Whilst the static canapés were housed in Hansel and Gretel ‘s Home; roasted chestnuts with sea salt and delicious wild thyme & parmesan shortbreads. Cutlery labels “all the better to eat you with” were used to dig into a delicious 3 course meal of globe and Jerusalem artichokes, sirloin of beef and pudding of chocolate fondants and hedgerow berries panna cotta
