A seaside decked marquee in the grounds of a private home in the Home Counties. Rhubarb’s food offering to reflect the nautical theming for just over 100 guests with delicious canapés and a sit down lunch.
THE MAGIC
Staff in striped t-shirts delivered classic bites and dishes with nautical twists and seaside inspiration from canapes, starters, mains through to mini puddings. Main courses were served from two food stalls, “Today’s Catch” with an abundance of seafood served in a boat and the lamb stall, with different cuts of the delicious meat marinated in aromatic spices and exciting flavour accents.
