Wellness classes at Sky Garden
Just in time for 'Active April', we welcome back Trube Fitness to Sky Garden to run a series of yoga, pilates and meditation classes on the 35th floor.
Set amongst tropical greenery with a backdrop of sunrise views across The City, the classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, making them the perfect way to energise your morning.
If there is anything we have learnt since 2020, it is the importance of staying connected with each other, spending time in nature and prioritising our wellbeing. By taking small actions to boost your routine with exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness, we can reap the benefits of increased energy throughout the day and a decrease in stress levels.

Meditation: Thursday at 7am
