RHC Hospitality Trends Report 2023
The first quarter of the year has been a whirlwind as we have launched new menus, restaurants, and bars in London and the US, alongside daily client tastings to prepare for all of this year's upcoming events. Here are a few of our favourites:
The complete mash-up of global flavours – like sashimi tostadas and tandoori spaghetti – which are breaking their moulds to create liberating, cross-pollinated dishes with style and substance. Keep a look out for new chaotic creations on restaurant menus this year.
As consumers are becoming increasingly more environmentally conscious and seeking ways to incorporate sustainable practices into wedding details we’re seeing lots more ‘thrifted’ decorations and crockery. To align, our chefs are choosing locally-sourced items to put on the menu, and couples are using recycled or upcycled wedding attire. Using locally sourced ingredients is something we prioritise here at RHC and are excited to see this become more popular.
